Mona Eames, MSc.
Mona has over 25 years of experience working in human resources and has led her own coaching practice The Sounding Board since 2016. She trained with Coaching Development in 2011 and holds a Master (MSc) in Personal & Management Coaching (2019) from University College Cork. She is a Professional Certified Coach with ICF and an active member of Atlantic Way Coaching Circle.
